Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

A lovely Birthday bouquet delivered to my Mother in Law. She loved it. I did not see it, as she lives province's away, but was told by those that did, she really enjoyed it.

We've ordered flowers several times now from Canada Flowers, for an elderly beloved family member who is living in a care home/hospital. Each time the flowers have arrived right on the requested date, and the bouquets have been as beautiful in real life as in the photos. We are super pleased to be able to rely on Canada Flowers to help us celebrate special days with our special person even though we live far away and cannot be there ourselves in person. My daughter loves the colour purple and also chocolates. She was not well the other day and I knew she needed something cheerful and fun. I was able to find some gorgeous purple tulips, which were sent along with chocolates. I was so happy to see the wide selection of colours, arrangements, and prices to suit every budget. My daughter loved the bouquet and sent me pictures. It was exactly what I wanted for her. Thank you! I don't send flowers often (not in years!), but this was a fabulous outcome. The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email.
