The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

I’ve been ordering flowers from this website for many years. The arrangements are always exceptional and true to the images on the Canada Flowers pages. I’ve sent flowers internationally and every single time have been completely and totally satisfied. I recommend Canada flowers to every one!

Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

Seriously best company for sending flowers or gifts! Great prices and great quality items! Sent some beautiful flowers to my boss as a sympathy gift, and him and his family loved it! A lovely Birthday bouquet delivered to my Mother in Law. She loved it. I did not see it, as she lives province's away, but was told by those that did, she really enjoyed it.
