PART II – PRODUCTS & SUBSTITUTIONS
All products offered on CanadaFlowers.ca are subject to seasonal availability, regional supply conditions, and local florist inventory. Every effort is made to deliver items as closely as possible to the product displayed on the website; however, variations may occur due to availability of flowers, plants, containers, or gift components.Product Availability
All products are subject to availability at the time of order processing. Certain flowers, plants, containers, gourmet items, wines, and gift components may not be available in all regions or during all seasons. CanadaFlowers.ca reserves the right to substitute, modify, delay, or cancel an order if required due to supply limitations or other fulfillment constraints.
Floral Arrangements
Floral arrangements are hand-crafted using fresh, natural flowers and greenery. Due to seasonal and regional availability, certain flower or foliage varieties may be substituted with similar varieties that preserve the overall style, colour palette, and design of the arrangement. Some flowers are only available during specific seasons, including but not limited to sunflowers, gladiolas, tulips, iris, and hyacinth. When seasonal flowers are unavailable, appropriate substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value that maintain the overall look and theme of the arrangement.
Containers & Design Materials
Vases, baskets, planters, rose boxes, and other containers shown online may be substituted with a similar container if the pictured item is unavailable. Rose boxes are not readily available in all areas of Canada and, where unavailable, the roses may instead arrive as a hand-tied bouquet that is professionally wrapped for presentation. Design materials such as ribbon, greenery, filler flowers, or decorative elements may also vary depending on local availability and supply.
Add-On Items
Add-on items such as plush bears, balloons, and chocolates are subject to availability and may vary from images shown online. Plush bears may vary in colour, style, or animal type depending on available inventory. Balloon designs may differ from those pictured but will be selected to coordinate with the occasion and overall colour palette of the arrangement; however, balloons are not readily available in all areas of Canada and may be substituted or omitted where local supply does not permit. Chocolate brands and assortments may also vary based on supplier availability; however, any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and within a similar product category.
Plants
Green and blooming plants may be substituted with similar plants of equal or greater value based on availability. Plant varieties, bloom colours, decor items, and containers may vary depending on seasonal supply and regional inventory.
Gift Baskets & Specialty Gifts
Gourmet baskets, wine boxes, fruit assortments, and other specialty products may include substitutions due to supplier availability. Replacement items will be of equal or greater value and within the same category or theme whenever possible.
Design Variations
As each floral arrangement is individually crafted, minor variations in flower placement, colour tones, size, or shape may occur. Arrangements may also be designed in a rounded, all-around style rather than a front-facing presentation depending on the florist’s design approach. These variations are a natural result of working with fresh products and do not constitute defects.
By placing an order with CanadaFlowers.ca, customers acknowledge that substitutions and reasonable design variations may occur in order to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
