Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification Policy

If an order has already entered production and involves perishable, customized, or specially sourced goods at the time verification is not provided, the company reserves the right to deduct reasonable and documented costs incurred prior to cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Flowers.ca Inc. further reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, suspend or block accounts, or report suspected fraudulent activity to payment processors, financial institutions, or appropriate authorities where warranted.

These measures are implemented to safeguard customers and the business from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions while maintaining compliance with Canadian privacy legislation.
