Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. I ordered these flowers On-Line. It was a very easy and user friendly process! I had them preordered to arrive for my Mother’s Birthday. This was a delivery made to a Nursing Home in Scarborough, Ontario. They arrived right when expected and my Mother was thrilled! Everything was exactly as shown on-line! Very pleased!

I don't order flowers often. I found Canada Flowers online. Their prices and delivery fees looked decent. I did not upgrade, just went with the basics. It was a Thanksgiving/Fall type of arrangment. I was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The recipients sent photos. I ordered online but I called to find out about whether they had been delivered. I was very impressed that you get to talk to a real person. I would use this company again.

So many beautiful choices. The one we chose came with the same white vase and the most beautiful arrangement of white flowers I have ever seen. Just like the picture only much bigger and beautiful than I could have imagined. Your arrangement out shone every other Arrangement that was there. The main idea was to make cousin Judy pleased with our memorium to her. We are sure she was overjoyed with our arrangement that you designed.

They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.
