Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

We've ordered flowers several times now from Canada Flowers, for an elderly beloved family member who is living in a care home/hospital. I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. Other than that great job!! Thanks

They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.
