We've used this service several times over the past few years. The deliveries are always prompt and the items match as closely as possible to the picture. This particular order was very important to us and Canada Flowers did not disappoint. Our recipients were delighted.

They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. We've ordered flowers several times now from Canada Flowers, for an elderly beloved family member who is living in a care home/hospital. Each time the flowers have arrived right on the requested date, and the bouquets have been as beautiful in real life as in the photos. Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. Thank you. Will certainly order through them again.

The agent that took my call was amazing! She was caring and compassionate and waited patiently while I bawled my face off and told her how much I miss my mother-in-law. That kind of representative is rare and should be treated like gold. The flowers were delivered on time and were breathtaking. Thank you!
