Purple Stock
The Stock flower is known to be a symbol of connecting with the world, living a happy life and contentment. The large cup-shaped blooms packed onto a tall spire draw you in at first, but it’s the spicy cinnamon and clove scent that keeps you coming back for more. It’s not usually considered a birth flower, but some people use it as a symbol for Taurus. Like all flowers, the colour meaning of the stock blooms changes from shade to shade. They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.

Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.
