Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. Thank you. Will certainly order through them again.

I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. Other than that great job!! Thanks
