The Chrysanthemum, named from the Greek words “chrysos” meaning gold, and “anthemon” meaning flower. The Commercial mum, also known as the football mum, is one of the largest blooms in the Chrysanthemum family and symbolize optimism and joy! They are also the November birth flower, and the 13th wedding anniversary flower! My daughter was delighted with her birthday flowers (photo#1) when they arrived. Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet.
