The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

Christmas Centerpiece arrive fresh and beautiful. It was a surprise and enjoyed by our friend. She called us to say how beautiful it looked on her set Christmas Table!

Ordered a few days before delivery to my aunt who was moving into a seniors residence. Same day she moved in, beautiful flowers arrived ... and the CHOCOLATES! She was so happy!.

Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. Thank you. Will certainly order through them again.

My daughter was delighted with her birthday flowers (photo#1) when they arrived. Day 3 the first lily opened and now a week later (photo#3) she said ” they are getting better by the day!” The lilies make it a full bouquet as they open. Thank you! Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. I didn’t get to see the flowers but I’d definitely use their service again.

My daughter loves the colour purple and also chocolates. She was not well the other day and I knew she needed something cheerful and fun. I was able to find some gorgeous purple tulips, which were sent along with chocolates. I was so happy to see the wide selection of colours, arrangements, and prices to suit every budget.
