My first time ordering with Canada Flowers and it was a great experience. I ordered a bouquet to be sent to Italy for my mother's birthday. The website was easy to navigate, customer service was super helpful when I was missing a piece of information and the bouquet was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Sent sympathy flowers to a loved one. The flowers were as described and while the vase was not the same as in the picture, I knew in advance that was a possibility and the vase was an appropriate substitution. I always used Canada Flowers for my deliveries. Would recommend
Ordered online that morning and it was delivered around lunch time. Product was well-explained and the picture was accurate.
Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. The agent that took my call was amazing! She was caring and compassionate and waited patiently while I bawled my face off and told her how much I miss my mother-in-law. Excellent Service!! Beautiful flowers (even when substitutions are made from my original selection). Recipient says they were "outstanding" and I have to agree (based on the photo she sent me). Kudos! Will DEFINATELY keep using them for future orders!
Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again
We regularly use Canada flowers to send out bouquets several times each year, and they are always beautiful. Its nice to see people receive what you actually order 0n-line.
