Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

I was very pleased with the bouquet that was delivered to my aunt in New York State! I live in Canada so I was so pleased to order these and be able to pay in Canadian funds. It was expensive but she loved them and I’d use them again for a special occasion!

We are extremely happy with the flowers our daughter received for her 40th birthday. She said the flowers were stunning and the bouquet was large, 18 inches tall and almost 20 inches wide (we upgraded to premium). We will definitely use Canada Flowers again!

I placed an online order with the Calgary Canada Flowers. You know how you look at all the arrangements and you finally find the perfect one.....and you place the order and since you are hundreds of miles away you are not going to see what it will looks like...and you wait and wonder and hope that it will be something close to what you wanted....or at least nice..... Well Canada Flowers got it right in Spades!! I got a picture of it in a text and it was perfect! Just what I wanted!! The transaction was smooth as silk, the arrangement was amazing and the delivery was exactly what it was supposed to be!!! Canada Flowers I will certainly be back!! Even though I had to delay the delivery date the day ahead of the scheduled delivery, the change was accommodated with no problem. I was pleased about that. From the website photos, I was kind of expecting more purple than there was - I was going for half and half, but this is more ‘yellow with some purple’. Nevertheless, the arrangement was lovely.

The flowers were for my best friend and I only got a picture of them and did not see them myself. The picture she sent me looks like they are very nice and she said they were beautiful. I don't order flowers often. I found Canada Flowers online. Their prices and delivery fees looked decent. I did not upgrade, just went with the basics. It was a Thanksgiving/Fall type of arrangment. I was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The recipients sent photos. I ordered online but I called to find out about whether they had been delivered. I was very impressed that you get to talk to a real person. I highly recommend Canada Flowers. I send my Aunt, who is in a retirement home, a few bouquets each year. I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. I ordered the flowers online, and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. I even did the *add on* with a box of chocolates...I got a call on the morning of the date of delivery from our local Flower Shop, and they made the delivery, plus the Flowers were beautiful, exactly what I ordered! The recipient loved it.

They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.

I ordered these flowers On-Line. It was a very easy and user friendly process! I had them preordered to arrive for my Mother’s Birthday. My daughter loves the colour purple and also chocolates. She was not well the other day and I knew she needed something cheerful and fun. So many beautiful choices. The one we chose came with the same white vase and the most beautiful arrangement of white flowers I have ever seen. Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. The flowers are lovely and my wife loved them! Was hoping to see a bit more roses in there but the color variety was pleasant and they throw in a vase for you! Placed order feb 7 to have it deliver next day and arrived at 6:10pm. (Their delivery time is between 10am - 6pm as mentioned on their website). Their email response time was appropriate and they'll send you an email receipt and that your order has been confirmed/processed. Great job Canada Flowers!

Delivery was very quick - same day and flowers (from photo sent by person who received them) seemed very similar to those chosen. Would have liked the option of choosing a bouquet and then adding a couple of stems of flowers of our choice.

Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.
