Ordered online that morning and it was delivered around lunch time. Product was well-explained and the picture was accurate.

We've ordered flowers several times now from Canada Flowers, for an elderly beloved family member who is living in a care home/hospital. Each time the flowers have arrived right on the requested date, and the bouquets have been as beautiful in real life as in the photos. Sent sympathy flowers to a loved one. The flowers were as described and while the vase was not the same as in the picture, I knew in advance that was a possibility and the vase was an appropriate substitution. I always used Canada Flowers for my deliveries. Would recommend

Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. I didn’t get to see the flowers but I’d definitely use their service again.

I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. Other than that great job!! Thanks

Overall good experience, ordering was easy, appreciated the fact that they quickly advised me that the plants ordered were not available & they would substitute. Would recommend
