I ordered the flowers online, and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. I even did the *add on* with a box of chocolates...I got a call on the morning of the date of delivery from our local Flower Shop, and they made the delivery, plus the Flowers were beautiful, exactly what I ordered! Delivery was very quick - same day and flowers (from photo sent by person who received them) seemed very similar to those chosen. Would have liked the option of choosing a bouquet and then adding a couple of stems of flowers of our choice.

Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet. I placed an online order with the Calgary Canada Flowers. You know how you look at all the arrangements and you finally find the perfect one.....and you place the order and since you are hundreds of miles away you are not going to see what it will looks like...and you wait and wonder and hope that it will be something close to what you wanted....or at least nice..... Well Canada Flowers got it right in Spades!! I got a picture of it in a text and it was perfect! Just what I wanted!! Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.

The flowers are lovely and my wife loved them! Was hoping to see a bit more roses in there but the color variety was pleasant and they throw in a vase for you! Placed order feb 7 to have it deliver next day and arrived at 6:10pm. (Their delivery time is between 10am - 6pm as mentioned on their website). Their email response time was appropriate and they'll send you an email receipt and that your order has been confirmed/processed. Great job Canada Flowers!

I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.
