I ordered flowers + chocolates from Canada Flowers for my Sister-in-law who is recuperating from surgery. The flowers were beautiful, just like it showed on their website. Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.

Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. Delivery was very quick - same day and flowers (from photo sent by person who received them) seemed very similar to those chosen. Would have liked the option of choosing a bouquet and then adding a couple of stems of flowers of our choice.

They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

I don't order flowers often. I found Canada Flowers online. Their prices and delivery fees looked decent. I did not upgrade, just went with the basics. It was a Thanksgiving/Fall type of arrangment. I was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The recipients sent photos. I ordered online but I called to find out about whether they had been delivered. I was very impressed that you get to talk to a real person. I would use this company again.

Even though I had to delay the delivery date the day ahead of the scheduled delivery, the change was accommodated with no problem. I was pleased about that. From the website photos, I was kind of expecting more purple than there was - I was going for half and half, but this is more ‘yellow with some purple’. Nevertheless, the arrangement was lovely.

Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet. My daughter loves the colour purple and also chocolates. She was not well the other day and I knew she needed something cheerful and fun. I placed an online order with the Calgary Canada Flowers. You know how you look at all the arrangements and you finally find the perfect one.....and you place the order and since you are hundreds of miles away you are not going to see what it will looks like...and you wait and wonder and hope that it will be something close to what you wanted....or at least nice..... I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. The flowers are lovely and my wife loved them! Was hoping to see a bit more roses in there but the color variety was pleasant and they throw in a vase for you! Placed order feb 7 to have it deliver next day and arrived at 6:10pm. (Their delivery time is between 10am - 6pm as mentioned on their website). Their email response time was appropriate and they'll send you an email receipt and that your order has been confirmed/processed. Great job Canada Flowers!

I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. The flowers were for my best friend and I only got a picture of them and did not see them myself. The picture she sent me looks like they are very nice and she said they were beautiful. Example: I ordered some flowers for my dad & mom's anniversary I had the order complete and then found out they would not be home on the day of their anniversary. Ordered flowers for our anniversary. I was hoping flowers would be delivered during the day but once 4:00 pm arrived didn’t receive, made a call to inquire what time ,which they indicated after 6 pm . When I indicated that we were going out at 5 pm , they redirected delivery immediately, my wife was truly surprised when flowers showed by 4:30! Thank you to staff!

Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. I didn’t get to see the flowers but I’d definitely use their service again.
