We've ordered flowers several times now from Canada Flowers, for an elderly beloved family member who is living in a care home/hospital. Each time the flowers have arrived right on the requested date, and the bouquets have been as beautiful in real life as in the photos. We are super pleased to be able to rely on Canada Flowers to help us celebrate special days with our special person even though we live far away and cannot be there ourselves in person. The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

Even though I had to delay the delivery date the day ahead of the scheduled delivery, the change was accommodated with no problem. I was pleased about that. From the website photos, I was kind of expecting more purple than there was - I was going for half and half, but this is more ‘yellow with some purple’. Nevertheless, the arrangement was lovely.

Our friend absolutely loved and appreciated the cheese & cracker gift that we sent her from Canada Flowers so thank you very much, it was exactly as we'd hoped:-)

They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. I ordered flowers + chocolates from Canada Flowers for my Sister-in-law who is recuperating from surgery. The flowers were beautiful, just like it showed on their website. My Sister-in-law loved them & she sent me a picture. I was also pleased & glad I choose Canada Flowers as I looked at other florist but they looked the best.

I ordered the flowers online, and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. I even did the *add on* with a box of chocolates...I got a call on the morning of the date of delivery from our local Flower Shop, and they made the delivery, plus the Flowers were beautiful, exactly what I ordered! The recipient loved it.

We are extremely happy with the flowers our daughter received for her 40th birthday. She said the flowers were stunning and the bouquet was large, 18 inches tall and almost 20 inches wide (we upgraded to premium). We will definitely use Canada Flowers again!

So many beautiful choices. The one we chose came with the same white vase and the most beautiful arrangement of white flowers I have ever seen. They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.

Sent sympathy flowers to a loved one. The flowers were as described and while the vase was not the same as in the picture, I knew in advance that was a possibility and the vase was an appropriate substitution. I always used Canada Flowers for my deliveries. Would recommend

We've used this service several times over the past few years. The deliveries are always prompt and the items match as closely as possible to the picture. This particular order was very important to us and Canada Flowers did not disappoint. Our recipients were delighted.

Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet. Loved the attention to detail - will definitely use this service again.

I was very pleased with the bouquet that was delivered to my aunt in New York State! I live in Canada so I was so pleased to order these and be able to pay in Canadian funds. It was expensive but she loved them and I’d use them again for a special occasion!

I don't order flowers often. I found Canada Flowers online. Their prices and delivery fees looked decent. I did not upgrade, just went with the basics. It was a Thanksgiving/Fall type of arrangment. Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

I ordered the basic lavender field flowers bouquet for my mother in laws birthday. She lives in a small town in Ontario (Southampton). The arrangement was beautiful and full! I was soo impressed. She was so happy! They were beautiful

Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.

Example: I ordered some flowers for my dad & mom's anniversary I had the order complete and then found out they would not be home on the day of their anniversary. Ordered flowers for our anniversary. I was hoping flowers would be delivered during the day but once 4:00 pm arrived didn’t receive, made a call to inquire what time ,which they indicated after 6 pm . When I indicated that we were going out at 5 pm , they redirected delivery immediately, my wife was truly surprised when flowers showed by 4:30! Thank you to staff!

You know how you look at all the arrangements and you finally find the perfect one.....and you place the order and since you are hundreds of miles away you are not going to see what it will looks like...and you wait and wonder and hope that it will be something close to what you wanted....or at least nice..... The flowers are lovely and my wife loved them! Was hoping to see a bit more roses in there but the color variety was pleasant and they throw in a vase for you! Placed order feb 7 to have it deliver next day and arrived at 6:10pm. (Their delivery time is between 10am - 6pm as mentioned on their website). Their email response time was appropriate and they'll send you an email receipt and that your order has been confirmed/processed. Great job Canada Flowers!

Delivery was very quick - same day and flowers (from photo sent by person who received them) seemed very similar to those chosen. Would have liked the option of choosing a bouquet and then adding a couple of stems of flowers of our choice.
