Smaller
Fewer Flowers. Budget Friendly.

Choosing smaller allows you to order a very similar item that also meets your budget. Generally speaking this means a floral designer will simply use fewer flowers when preparing your floral gift. For some items (for example, a bouquet of one dozen roses) there is no smaller price option because it would not be possible to retain the value and integrity of the item with fewer flowers. The reduced price option is not intended for flower delivery to certain regions.

This option resembles the item shown (and described) online - for delivery to most areas across Canada. Please note that as shown is not identical. We always strive to maintain the essence, value and integrity of each item, however due to the nature of flower products and creative flower designing, no two items will ever be completely identical. Please read about substitutions for more information. The as shown option is not intended for flower delivery to certain regions across Canada, including NFLD, Nunavut, Yukon, NWT and remote rural areas not typically serviced by local florists.

Upgraded
More flowers, fuller, better.

Choosing upgraded allows us add one or more of the following: more flowers, more complementary 'filling' or 'accent' flowers, more greens, more trimmings, better wrapping or container. The delivered product will generally be fuller, larger and more special. For items where a specific number of stems have been described (such as one dozen roses) the upgraded item will usually have more complementary greens, 'accent' and 'filling' flowers, like baby's breath, limonium or similar, and/or a nicer container, wrap, bow or trimmings. For many regular Canada Flowers customers, the upgraded option is preferred.

Premium
Our very best. Impressive!

Choose premium when you want the very best version of the item shown online. A premium item will have more flowers and often more high-grade flowers. It will be bigger, better and more beautiful. It will be similar to the upgraded version, but even better. When you want to make a statement, choose premium. For very important occasions where making a big impression is a high priority, choose premium.

Regional
Required for NFLD & remote areas.

Canada is a very large country with significant variations in costs for both raw flower products and delivery services, from region to region. In order to ensure our customers receive consistent, high quality delivered products, we offer a regional price option. It is designed to ensure value, integrity and beauty for deliveries to remote areas where costs are substantially higher. Please note that the regional option will result in delivered items that resemble the photo (and description) online. A regional option is not an upgraded or premium version of the item. About 5% of all orders at Canada Flowers require the regional price.

Choose regional for delivery to: Newfoundland (NFLD), Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories (NWT). Also choose regional for other remote, rural areas across Canada. These are defined as areas that are not typically serviced by local FTD® or Teleflora florists working in the area. We realize it is not always possible to know in advance if the delivery is being made to a remote rural area and you may not know which price option is the best for you. Please feel welcome to contact us in advance of ordering online, or rest-assured that we will personally contact you after your order is placed online if any changes are required.

Please note that our regional price is designed to ensure successful delivery of fresh, quality floral products to most remote rural areas across Canada. In some cases it may be necessary to arrange for special delivery services above and beyond what can be normally offered by our agents working in the area.

Special Delivery Services
Requires case-by-case individual attention by our customer service team.

• Occasionally orders are placed online for remote areas that are not serviced by Canada Flowers and our agents in the area. In these rare cases, we regret that we are unable to provide regional delivery services - even if our online order form initially issues an order number. We can, however arrange for successful delivery in most cases using our new Special Delivery Services.
• There is an additional delivery fee for Special Delivery Services. This fee is always determined on a case-by-case basis, and is used to cover additional special delivery costs, which may include priority courier services.
• These charges will be personally communicated to you prior to delivery (via e-mail or a telephone call), at which time you will have the complete freedom to cancel your order, or continue using our Special Delivery Services.
• Please note that these occasional cases are handled personally by a highly trained, experienced Canada Flowers customer service representative, with two goals in mind:

#1) To provide the best level of personal service to you, our customer, and
#2) To arrange successful and timely delivery to out-of-the-way, remote, under-serviced and hard-to-reach areas.

Sometimes orders are placed online for delivery to remote, out-of-the way, or under-serviced rural areas which are not covered by our regional pricing and services. On these rare occasions, we are simply are not able to provide regular flower delivery. We have developed a new Special Delivery Service to facilitate successful and timely delivery whenever possible. Special Delivery Services cost more, and this exact cost can only be fairly and accurately determined on a case-by-case basis, handled personally by a customer service agent working directly with your order.
